Utrecht University and Hogeschool Utrecht have a budget available for student organisations to strengthen their organisation. Organisations can apply for a one-off financial contribution per academic year for a resource that strengthens the organisation in a sustainable way. This budget is intended for improving your organization. You can think of making your organisation more accessible to internationals by translating the website or organizing training on social safety within your association. The amount that will be awarded depends on the (expected) impact that the application/intended activity will have, as well as the remainder in the pot (availability runs per financial year)
Conditions
- There is a minimum application amount of €200;
- The applicant must be a student of Utrecht University or Hogeschool Utrecht and a board member of a recognized student organisation;
- It must be possible to demonstrate that the requested money will be used for a means that strengthens the organization in a sustainable way;
- It must be possible to demonstrate that the requested money is spent on a substantive goal;
- Payment will be made after we receive a financial report of the activity in which the expenditure and income are accounted for. Provided we receive and approve this, the subsidy will be definitively determined and an amount equal to the shortfall will be paid.
Application procedure
Use this form (in Dutch) to make an application. Applicants receive a decision on their requests no later than six weeks after submission.

- A description of what the grant is intended for
- A budget with expected income and expenses
