Every three years, all recognized student organisations are assessed by the HU and UU. During this assessment, it is decided whether they will remain recognized and may use HU and UU facilities. It is also determined how much basic subsidy and management grants the organization is eligible for during the next three academic years. The last assessment result took place in 2021 and resulted in the Distribution of Board Grants and Basic Subsidy 2022-2025.
