In the Policy on Recognition and Support for Student Organisations you will find all the conditions that your organisation must meet in order to be eligible for recognition and facilities from the UU and HU. If you meet these conditions, you can submit a request for recognition by completing this questionnaire. The information provided will be assessed by the HU and UU, after which the request will be granted or not.
Please note!
– Submitting a request for recognition of an organisation can be done once every 12 months.
– Being recognised as an organisation does not mean that you are automatically eligible for a board grant and/or basic subsidy. This award takes place during the triennial assessment.

Study associations UU
UU study associations are recognized by the faculty board of the faculty to which they belong. Faculties can use their own criteria in this regard. Organisations that focus on a master’s or sub-programme are initially requested to join the recognised study association of the programme.
